Minimum to open is $1000. Certificates may be written for anywhere from 3 months to 5 years with interest payable monthly, quarterly or at maturity. Rates are subject to change daily. There is a penalty if funds are withdrawn before the maturity date of the certificate. Rates are available upon request.
